Essential Duties:Pull and maintain data for various systems and reportsPrepare and distribute reportsCreate review and assist in deploying direct marketing communications (direct mail email SMS push notifications) through different channels such as vendors and/or in-house platformsMaintains direct marketing schedulesCreate and maintain promotional workbooks and calendarsCreate load and verify promotional offers through various systemsInput invoices and track expensesInput VSE/non-VSE data into property & state-wide systemsDatabase hygiene for the various system components as directedAssist in special projectsAssist in testing new programs and offersMaintains a professional appearance at all timesPromote positive public and team member relationsPerform other duties as assignedJob Requirements To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each job responsibility satisfactorily.
