Database Analysts at VISTA Technology Services

VISTA Technology Services Inc. (VISTA) is currently seeking Database Analysts to support a NAVSEA Ship Acquisition Program in the DMV Area.This position is contingent upon contract award.The Database Analysts will provide acquisition GFE/GFI finance/budget database management and technical support to a NAVSEA new ship construction and sustainment Major Defense Acquisition Program (MDAP).Responsibilities:Support Navy Participating Acquisition Resource Manager (PARM) teams with GFE program database management Collect organize and format data to support preparation of program status reports briefings and presentationsProvide technical assistance developing complex queries updating data managing look-up tablesProvide GFE database administration support train and assist users and perform database maintenanceWork with cross-functional teams field offices and vendors at multiple work locations to collect inputs Assist with the evaluation and implementation of process and procedures to improve efficiency and performance Organize research and manage multiple tasks Basic Qualifications:4 years of relevant DoD database management and SharePoint management experience Experience providing program managementtechnical assistance developing complex queries updating data managing look-up tablesExperience providing database administration support performing database maintenance and training and assisting usersExperience working with GFE/GFI database systemsProficient using MS Office365 (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint Teams SharePoint) Familiar with N-ERPExcellent listening written and oral communication skillsExcellent organizational analytical problem-solving research and prioritization skillsMeticulous attention to detail in organizing formatting and managing program dataAbility to operate independently within a team environmentActive DoD Secret ClearanceDesired Qualifications:Bachelors Degree 8 years of relevant DoD database/technical data analytics experienceExperience using MS Access and advance MS Excel skillsVISTA offers a competitive compensation package and a generous benefit plan which includesmedical dental vision life and disability insurance tuition assistance and an employer matching 401(k) plan.Applicants selected for this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.For this position VISTA will consider only applicants with an active DoD security clearance.To learn more about VISTA and to apply for this position please visit our website at .VISTA is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Minorities/Disability/Veterans EmployerRequired Experience:IC Key Skills Cost Accounting,Credit Risk,Attorney At Law,HRMS,Administration Support Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
