A company is looking for an Enterprise Systems Solutions Architect to support critical functional domain areas within its enterprise technology landscape.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance enterprise solutions aligned to either Finance or HR/Employee SolutionsServe as a subject matter expert in Finance systems (ERP, accounting) or HR systems (HCM, employee lifecycle)Own architectural design, system integration strategy, and optimization of enterprise applications to support business goalsRequired Qualifications8+ years of experience in enterprise systems, software engineering, or solution architectureBachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fieldPrior experience supporting Finance systems or HR/Employee systems strongly preferredHands-on experience with key enterprise solutions (e.g., Dynamics 365, Workday) supporting either Finance or HR domainsExperience with Microsoft Azure, DevOps pipelines, and cloud-based integration frameworks
