Overview

As a Database Marketing Specialist at Carle Health, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing data to develop targeted marketing campaigns that drive patient volume. The Database Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing and analyzing marketing campaigns using the automation platform, Microsoft Dynamics.

Responsibilities

Work with the Marketing and Digital teams to plan, deploy and measure data-driven marketing campaigns and organizational messages using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Collaborate with the Corporate Communications, Marketing and Digital teams to align database marketing efforts with overall MarCom strategy.
Collaborate with IT, Digital, Infosecurity and other internal stakeholders to develop strategies for new marketing campaigns and ensure data accuracy for campaign execution.
Analyze customer and provider data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for targeted marketing campaigns.
Establish metrics and analyze data to track campaign performance, make data-driven optimizations and measure downstream revenue.
Lead relationship with digital marketing agency to develop strategy, plan, execute and analyze patient acquisition campaigns.
Ensure all marketing efforts maintain a consistent brand image and messaging across all platforms and materials.
Ensure all referral activities comply with healthcare laws and regulations.
Stay updated with the latest database marketing trends and technologies.
Proficiency in database management systems and marketing automation platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and collaboration abilities. Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy. Knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools is a plus. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $28.82per hour - $49.57per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
