Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data/Inventory Controller to join a team in Daphne this role you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records analyzing data and ensuring efficient flow of materials through the organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized tech-savvy and able to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering accurate results.Monitor maintain and update inventory databases and systemsConduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepanciesTrack inventory performance metrics (usage turnover rates shrinkage etc.)Prepare reports on inventory levels trends and variancesCollaborate with procurement warehouse and operations teams to forecast inventory needsEnsure proper documentation for incoming and outgoing materialsIdentify opportunities for process improvements in data and inventory managementSupport cycle counts and year-end inventory proceduresEnsure compliance with company policies and industry standardsRequirementsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelors degree preferred in Business Supply Chain Data Analytics or related field)2 years of experience in inventory control data analysis or similar roleStrong computer skills including proficiency with inventory management systems and ExcelExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively across departmentsMust be able to work in a fast-paced environmentBenefitsCompetitive pay Opportunities for growth and professional developmentCollaborative and supportive team environmentAlso more benefits after a short period of timeRequired Skills:Prior experience in office operations administrative support or a related field.
