Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSummaryGiggle and Grow Child Care is a small, family owned and operated company looking for a new full time teacher (1 year-old classroom) to provide excellent care and a safe environment for our children.Previous childcare experience is a MUST. Early Childhood Education degree or CDA preferred, but not required. This is a full-time position; Flexibility and adaptability with the schedule is necessary. Pay to be discussed upon hire, based on experience.4x10hr shiftsDutiesLead Teacher responsibilities and expectations include:Creating a safe and welcoming learning environmentPlanning and implementing age appropriate lesson plans weeklyPreparing the children for expectations of the Preschool classroom (Circle Time, sitting down for table time activities, independence)Effectively communicating with parents on a daily basisSupervising classroom activities and having excellent classroom management skillsDiaper changes, as well on working on potty training at parents requestMaintaining a clean and tidy classroom throughout the day; sanitizing toys and floors at end of shiftTracking attendanceWriting out daily reports on the Brightwheel app for parentsEnsuring full compliance will all Arizona State childcare guidelinesPlease only apply if you meet all of the requirements listed above.RequirementsApplicants must have or be willing to obtain before hire:High school diploma or GEDLevel One Fingerprint cardNegative TB testFirst aid/CPR training
