The position is responsible for ensuring the seamless coordination between the retail dealer systems and the dealer networks directly contributing to operational excellence and business growth. Coordinates and manages the rollout of new dealer processes related to the FARMPOINT system integration. Monitors progress and success of implementation activities identifies challenges early and drives corrective action plans. Leads cross-location coordination to ensure consistent rollout. Serves as primary liaison between CLAAS vendors and dealers to ensure clear communication and alignment during system use. Supports process design efforts to align FARMPOINT functionalities with CLAAS business models and dealer workflows. Facilitates requirement gathering and communicates inputs to internal development teams to shape system enhancements based on dealer feedback. Organizes and conducts training sessions on CLAAS Partner Office tools to enable adoption and effective usage by dealer staff. Provides dealers with analytics-based insights to optimize parts ordering and inventory management. Drives continuous improvement initiatives to streamline the aftersales chain and enhance customer satisfaction. Oversees efficient parts inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing excess or obsolete parts. Analyzes storage and logistics data to improve parts storage efficiency and reduce turnaround times. Implements and maintains key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover and fulfillment lead times. Manages escalated parts-related issues by coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure swift resolution and minimize operational impact.Note: This position includes frequent travel; a valid drivers license with an annually verifiably safe driving history and passport are required. The position will require overnight travel and weekend or evening work.Your profile: Bachelors degree Computer Science MIS or similar field or equivalent work experience or; Bachelors degree in business administration Engineering or related discipline Data Science or related field preferred not required. 3-5 years of relevant work experience preferably in a dealer environment. Proven experience in process management project coordination or dealer/retailer operations ideally within the agricultural or related industries Experience using Tableau or other relevant report creation software.
