Our unique market insight is widely recognized in main-line business media such as The Wall Street Journal Reuters Bloomberg and CNBC.Monex USA is looking for a Dealing and Client Service Associate to handle pre and post-transaction inquiries for both internal and external customers. The role will be responsible for responding to incoming calls and emails in accordance with agreed service level agreements and quality standards whilst delivering a high-quality customer addition to supporting external customers directly this role will provide support to the internal dealing desk and work closely with the back-office operations team to facilitate a harmonious flow of information internally and externally. This position plays a key role in providing a first-class experience to internal and external customers.Responsibilities:Processing of offline transactions through phone and email correspondenceSetup and configuration of client accounts authorized users wire templates etc.Troubleshooting and follow-through of customer inquiresActing as a liaison between back-office operations and external customersAccepting and assisting with inbound and outbound calls and emails from clientsProviding support for mass communications and other marketing campaigns Providing support to dealing desk by handling calls email and order entry overflowRequirements:Four-year college degree High level of attention to detailWork effectively in a team environmentStrong communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:Fluent in SpanishPrevious work experience in a customer support setting is preferred.
