Job Description
Good Life Restoration is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Deck & Balcony Administratorto support our sales process. This individual contributor role is an hourly full-time position located in North Highlands California. This position involves managing customer communications handling CRM data coordinating proposals and reports and facilitating the inspection and billing process. The ideal candidate will be highly organized tech-savvy and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound communications with leads and clients via phoneand emailFollow up with leads and maintain timely correspondence to support dealprogressionEnter and update lead and property management (PM) information in PipedriveCRMSchedule property evaluations and inspections using PipedrivePrepare correct and finalize proposals; save as PDF and send via email orDocuSign for signatureUpload and organize relevant documents in PipedriveCoordinate and confirm inspection appointments with clientsEdit finalize and publish inspection reports using ScribeWareSave finalized reports as PDFs and send to internal and external stakeholdersGenerate and send client invoices using QuickBooksDistribute stamped reports and documentationSubmit estimate requests to AMS as neededQualifications:Strong communication skills both written and verbalExperience using CRMs (Pipedrive preferred) DocuSign QuickBooks and cloud-basedProficient in document handling (PDF creation editing saving and email distribution file systemsHighly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasksSelf-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervisionPrior administrative or sales support experience is a plusOffice Skills:Strong written and oral English communication skillsStrong Excel skillsBasic accounting understandingKnowledge of general office administrationIntermediate computer skills: Microsoft Word Outlook Adobe Acrobat and Internet softwareThings to Know About Us:Vision: We will work to unify all leadership every division and every team in the Good Life family towork together in love to serve our clients and to leverage the unique specialties of each team togreater benefit our clients our teams and the company as a whole.Mission: Lead with love.
