DescriptionPosition at JBS USADeductions AnalystPurpose and Scope/General Summary:JBS Prepared Foods is seeking candidates for a Deductions Analyst role. The Deductions Analyst will be tasked with identifying customer short payments that have resulted in deductions entering the deduction into JBS Prepared Foods workflow for action evaluating deductions for merit and processing steps required to close deductions or pursue payments.Responsibilities:Evaluate deductions for the cause of short paymentRoute the deduction for action depending on the short payment reason identified in claims/deductions systemPursue payment from customers on deductions that are not acceptedAssist with weekly deduction reportingOther duties as assigned Qualifications:Undergraduate degree in Mathematics Accounting Finance or related field is preferred but not requiredExperience with Microsoft Office applications including ExcelExcellent professional verbal and written communication skillsAbility to follow defined procedures with consistency and accuracyPractical problem-solving abilityComfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced environmentSAP experience is valuable but not requiredCan perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodationAs a salaried position with the company you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities to attend Company events or as a representative of the Company in other situations.
