A nationally recognized, AV-rated civil litigation firm is seeking a Defense Litigation Attorney to join its growing Tampa office in the Liability Defense practice group. This team handles premises liability and negligence matters at all stages, including pre-suit analysis, litigation, and trial preparation.

Job Details
- 2-7+ years of civil litigation experience
- Insurance defense or premises liability experience preferred
- Experience handling depositions, hearings, and motion practice
- Strong writing, analytical, and litigation strategy skills
- Florida Bar admission required
