This established litigation team handles sophisticated professional liability, employment defense, insurance coverage, and business litigation matters for a diverse client base. The Civil Litigation Attorney will work on complex litigation matters involving malpractice claims, professional liability disputes, trade secret matters, contract disputes, and insurance-related litigation.
