ResponsibilitiesLocation: Wichita, KS (On-site) Key Accountabilities: Participate as a Teamcenter expert to resolve key systemic process issues identified by the application support teamUnderstanding Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)Perform tests for environmental integrity and performanceContinuously improve and optimize system business processDevelop processes and documentation to ensure Teamcenter systems are sustainableActively monitor and continuously improve the PLM Teamcenter production environment to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability QualificationsRequirements:High School Diploma or GEDExperience in a PLM and/or MES-related business process role:Level 2: 2-4+ years of related experience Level 3: 5-8+ years of related experienceLevel 4: 9-13+ years of related experienceMust be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance Must be able to secure Program access approvalPreferred Qualifications: Active DoD Security ClearanceArticulate solution ideas with clarity with good communication and presentation skillsDemonstrated Teamcenter Configuration experienceStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to proactively identify issues, find root cause and identify both temporary and permanent solutionsAbility to comprehend software, hardware, and networking architecture conceptsDemonstrated experience conducting formal Root Cause Analysis and implementing Corrective ActionExperience participating in technical teams with diverse backgroundsAbility to manage and organize multiple tasks with frequent interruptionsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of Teamcenter data model, configuration, BMIDE, workflow development, and data import experienceWorking knowledge of Oracle or comparable RDBMSExperience with complex Product Lifecycle Management Systems, especially Teamcenter applications related to Engineering and Manufacturing Knowledge of Teamcenter tools including:Active Workspace Teamcenter Manufacturing Shop Floor Connect eQ MI Integration tools Automated Multiuser Testing Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary Pay Range: Level 2: $76,300 - $117,000 | Level 3: $93,300 - $143,050 | Level 4: $122,200 - $187,350 Kansas Tax Credit: Join Spirit AeroSystems' Kansas team and you may be eligible for a $5,000 state of Kansas Aviation tax credit for up to five years.
