Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: $70-85k DOESeeking a Quality Control Leader for a Company in the York, Lancaster, Columbia PA area.Essential Functions of the Job:--Ensure Quality Systems requirements for a second shift at the facility--Help develop and work with a team of quality inspectors--Manage the ISO 9001 internal audit schedule and ensures audits are completed timely--Conduct RCA for defective material and non-compliant processes and apply appropriate corrective actions--Ensure all needed Quality metrics and tracked and monitor those metrics for CI'sDesired Education and Experience:--Prefer an Associates degree in Business or relevant field or experience in a high volume foundry or machined cast products operation--Experience working with ISO 9001 and conducting audits--Good leadership and interpersonal skills--Must be someone who is comfortable in a foundry environment
