Delivery Specialist

Hiring Locations and Language Requirements:

Santa Ana, CA (Retail Pharmacy): English and Spanish preferred

Koreatown, Los Angeles, CA (Retail Pharmacy): English and Mandarin or Cantonese required

North Hollywood, CA (Retail Pharmacy): English and Spanish required

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for making deliveries of pharmaceutical and OTC products to patients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Works with pharmacy staff to ensure the accuracy of each delivery order and confirms with technicians that all medications for the patient are ready for delivery (to reduce unnecessary repeat trips to the same address).

Delivers medications directly to patients, greets customers when delivering, and is courteous; ensures patients' signatures are obtained at the time of delivery.

Maintains proper logs of each delivery; maintains accurate mileage logs if using a personal vehicle.

Picks up items the pharmacy needs at other local businesses (e.g., office supplies, cleaning supplies, etc.).

Alerts supervisor when maintenance or repairs are required for company vehicles, as applicable.

Maintains company vehicle's cleanliness and fuel levels, when applicable.

Supports Pharmacy Staff with other administrative and office duties, as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid California Driver's License
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
