Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented QC Technician. This key role ensures the integrity of the production processes and the delivery of exceptional products that exceed customer expectations. Daily ResponsibilitiesEngage with management.Conduct In-Process, Final, and Initial Sample Inspections (ISIR).Perform dimensional inspections and document results.Inspect welds for cold welds, porosity, and fusion issues.Ensure finished products meet specified tolerances and blueprints.Maintain accurate documentation and checklists for inspections.Perform receiving inspections on incoming products.Suggest process improvements for increased productivity.Ensure compliance with specifications and internal procedures.Issue non-conformance reports for defective parts..Oversee inspections of incoming, in-process, and finished products.Manage non-conformances detected throughout the process. Required CapabilitiesDetail-oriented.Experience with quality inspection tools.Proficient in reading technical prints.Strong communication skills.Knowledge of metals and non-destructive examination.Familiarity with welding, machining, and assembly.Understanding of ASME, AWS, ASTM, CEMA, and ISO 9000.Background in quality control preferred.Ability to write reports and review manuals.Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.Company DescriptionFor nearly 35 years, AtWork has been a trusted partner for job seekers, providing expert guidance to help them navigate the hiring process and secure their ideal positions.
