Demand Generation Marketing Manager
HP is transforming from a hardware company to a solutions-led business. Within Retail & Industry Solutions (RIS), we are building a modern demand engine to support end-to-end retail solutions across hardware, software, and services.
We are looking for a Demand Generation Marketing Manager to help drive pipeline growth through integrated campaigns, digital channels, and account-based marketing. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, with ownership of campaigns that directly impact pipeline and revenue.
This is an opportunity to build and scale demand generation in a high-visibility team shaping the future of retail solutions.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute integrated demand generation and digital campaigns across our channels
- Partner with agencies and internal teams to launch and optimize campaigns
- Build campaigns aligned to target accounts and key verticals (retail, manufacturing, etc.)
- Support account-based marketing (ABM) programs to drive engagement and meetings
- Partner with sales to ensure alignment on targets, outreach, and follow-up
- Optimize conversion across the funnel from awareness to lead to opportunity
- Own campaign performance tracking and reporting (leads, meetings, pipeline)
- Test and iterate on messaging, creative, and landing pages to improve performance
- Build pre-event demand campaigns to drive meeting bookings
- Support in-event and post-event follow-up campaigns
- Help turn events into pipeline-generating programs
- Activate content across LinkedIn, email, and digital channels
- Ensure consistent messaging aligned to HP's Retail Intelligence narrative.
Education & Experience Recommended
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, Product Growth, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- 6-8 years in demand generation or growth marketing
- Hands-on experience running paid or owned campaigns
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels and pipeline generation
- Experience working with sales teams and supporting pipeline goals
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Preferred Experience
- Experience in B2B SaaS or solutions marketing
- Exposure to account-based marketing (ABM)
- Experience supporting large events or field marketing programs
- Background in retail, commerce, or industry solutions

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this role is $105,050 to $161,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
