OverviewNaphCare is hiring a Dental Administrator to join our Corporate Office in Birmingham AL. This position is on-site.The Dental Administrator oversees the operational administrative and quality-assurance functions of NaphCares dental program across prisons and jails nationwide. ResponsibilitiesThe Dental Administrator serves as a central point of contact for dental operations escalations and workflow improvements partnering closely with Clinical Leadership and Site Operations to drive consistent high-quality and efficient dental services. Key responsibilities include and may not be limited to:Provides day-to-day support to onsite dentists and dental staffManages equipment inventories and maintenanceTracks productivity and scheduling to ensure adequate coverageMonitors documentation and compliance with contract requirementsAssists with vacancy management onboarding and coordination with recruiting.QualificationsBachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Public Health Business or related field (preferred).Minimum 35 years of experience in healthcare operations; dental or correctional healthcare experience preferred.Strong organizational skills with ability to track multiple sites and competing priorities.Experience with EHR systems scheduling workflows or productivity reporting.Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.Ability to work independently maintain follow-through and escalate issues appropriately.Why Join NaphCareNaphCare is one of the largest providers of healthcare services to correctional facilities throughout the US and we are growing.
