This is an outstanding opportunity for continued growth in this dynamic team!Job SummaryThe Area Manager is responsible for ensuring the proper and effective operation of a group of dental and/or orthodontic office(s) in an assigned area of responsibility. The Area Managers first priority is to oversee the day-to-day work and operations of clinical employees to ensure adherence to organization guidelines and providing the best quality care for our patients.Operational DutiesResponsible for consistently and effectively communicating the company objectives to all practice team leaders through organized and scheduled email communications video conference calls phone and email communications.Manage practice teams towards maintaining acceptable operational and human resource standards and maintaining all processes set in place.Supervise Team LeadersMonitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Apply business processes for practices to have accountability expectations on a consistent basis based on KPIs.Ensure KPIs set in conjunction with the Clinical Operations Manager are maintained by all practice units.Manage stores to operate within a budget set forth in communicated KPIs.Requirements: Customer ExperienceEnsure that all practice team leaders doctors & teams greet engage and manage the flow towards an outstanding customer experience.Responsible for setting and managing stores measurable results related to customer service as well as having regular conversations with teams regarding customer service.Qualifications3 years management experienceCollege degree or equivalent experienceStrong Communication Skills with both staff and doctorsMust have the skill set for attention to detail.Ability to apply analytics results to process improvement and strategic thinking.Able to travel 60% - 70% of the time if neededBenefits We promote a work-life balance with an excellent benefits package:Medical health insurance options available401(k) with match after one yearPaid Time OffHoliday payBonus potentialRequired Experience:Manager Key Skills Office Manager Experience,Accounts Receivable,Dentrix,Computer Operation,ICD-10,Dental Receptionist,Chairside Assisting,Dental Office Experience,Medical Billing,Front Desk,CPT Coding,Eaglesoft Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
