Dental Hygienist at Fidalgo Island Dental - Anacortes

We’re a modern, privately owned dental practice in the heart of downtown, and we’re looking for a motivated dental hygienist to grow with us. Established for 4.5 years, we offer flexibility in scheduling (full-time or part-time—it’s your choice), a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with loyal patients while doing dentistry the right way.

$67+ hourly DOE

• Clean dental instruments to ensure everything is sterilized properly
• Check for issues such as gingivitis, periodontitis, or caries so patients can receive care as soon as the problem is identified
• Remove plaque and apply fluoride or other sealants to prevent cavities and tooth decay
• Put patients at ease by talking with them before, during, and after the appointment
• Record any changes to the patient’s health history and document the ongoings of each appointment

• Valid CPR certification
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Able to stand up for long periods of time to administer dental exams and procedures
• Bachelor’s degree or master's degree in registered dental hygiene program preferred, associate’s degree required
• 1-2 years of work experience as a dental hygienist

Compensation details: 67-67 Hourly Wage
