Dental Lab CADCAM Designer (Buena Park, CA) at Hiossen

RESPONSIBILITIES:Communicate case planning throughout lab departmentsCoordinate and participate in CAD/CAM processes - scanning designing manufacturingOperate manufacturing equipment including milling machines 3D printers and sintering ovensMeet tight deadlines while consistently producing quality restorationsRead work prescriptions and examine cases to determine design of dental restorationFabricate crowns bridges and inlays/onlaysRead interpret and design dental restorations to clients specifications by using a dental CADsoftware program Communicate with clear and concise oral and written skills to effectively work with technicians and doctorsREQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:Minimum of 5 years of experience in Crown and Bridge Design in CAD/CAM technologyCertified Dental Technician (CDT) and three to five years related experience in the fabrication of crowns bridges and inlays/onlays is required; or equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience with 3Shape Nobel Exocad and other desktop scanners and softwareKnowledge of CAD/CAM processes (i.e. Scanning Designing Manufacturing)Ability to operate manufacturing equipment including milling machines 3D printers and sintering ovensProficient in dental anatomy and terminologyExperience in regulated environment preferredMust have excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills must worktogether and communicate with all other departments throughout the lab.Additional attributes: Willing to learn critical thinking detail oriented organized and self-directedCOMPENSATIONS & BENEFITS:$20 - $35 per hour depending on experienceMedical and Dental insuranceVision 100% company sponsoredBasic Life Insurance and AD&D 100% company sponsoredShort Term and Long Term Disability Insurance 100% company sponsored401(k) plan with a company match up to 5%PTO (15 days for first year - 6 days paid vacation 9 sick days); (20 days for second year)Birthday PTO11 Paid Holidays per year Key Skills Microstation,ASME Codes & Standards,GD&T,PCB,CAD,Mechanical Knowledge,Data Management,Creo,Personal Injury Law,SolidWorks,Drafting,Autocad Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Hourly Salary Salary: 20 - 35
