Dental Lab Sales Lead at Modern Dental Laboratories

Primary Responsibilities & Skills:Create new business opportunities through market research networking and lead generationMaintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends product knowledge competitive landscape and technical developments to increase business opportunitiesManage sales process from prospecting and nurturing leads to closing deals and ensuring a positive customer experienceUtilize CRM tools to track interactions analyze sales metrics and monitor performanceAttend trade shows meetings and other events as required accommodating regular travel both local and national destinationsProvide coaching to sales representatives; motivate train and support team to achieve sales targets lead team in adapting to business needs as they change managing multiple tasks and roles simultaneouslyMaintain assigned budget while increasing financial performance and revenue growthAll other duties as assigned or as otherwise requiredQualifications : Bachelors degree preferably in sales marketing or businessA minimum of 10 years of dental sales experience is required5 years of supervisory/management experience is requiredAbility to demonstrate consultative sales skillsAbility to manage customers and direct reporting employees nationally across different time zonesHighly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processesExcellent ability to communicate both written/oral -high competency in customer service and solution mindsetAbility to demonstrate proficiency in leads tracking and conversion metricsAbility to travel regularly accommodating overnight/weekend stays as neededMust possess a valid drivers license and pass a company MVR checkAdditional Information : Expected base salary range of $65000 to $75000 plus uncapped eligibility for commissions.
