Dental Professionals of Coral Springs is a well-established, high-volume dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a compassionate, professional, and patient-centered environment.


Our current Office Manager has been an integral part of our organization for the past 13 years and will be retiring within the next six months. We are seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager now to allow for a structured transition period, hands-on training, and knowledge transfer to ensure a seamless continuation of our office operations, culture, and patient experience.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly capable, self-motivated Dental Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy dental practice while providing exceptional leadership, financial oversight, and patient care coordination.


The ideal candidate is an experienced dental office leader who understands both the operational and financial aspects of running a successful practice and can motivate a team while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.



Key Responsibilities:

 

Office Operations & Leadership

  • Oversee all daily operations of the dental practice
  • Supervise and support administrative and clinical team members
  • Ensure efficient scheduling, patient flow, and office productivity
  • Develop, implement, and maintain office systems and workflows
  • Lead team meetings and foster a positive, collaborative culture
  • Serve as a team player, coach, and motivator for staff
  • Help recruit, train, onboard, and retain high-performing employees
  • Maintain compliance with office policies and healthcare regulations

 

Insurance, Billing & Revenue Cycle Management

  • Expertly manage dental insurance claims and reimbursement processes
  • Verify insurance benefits and eligibility
  • Resolve claim denials and aging receivables
  • Oversee patient billing and collections
  • Present treatment plans and financial arrangements
  • Monitor production, collections, and case acceptance metrics
  • Well-versed in both dental insurance and medical billing procedures

 

Financial Management

  • Manage and monitor office Profit & Loss (P&L) performance
  • Review financial reports and key performance indicators
  • Pay, reconcile, and audit operating expenses and vendor invoices
  • Monitor office budgets and spending
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and profitability
  • Assist ownership with budgeting, forecasting, and revenue growth initiatives

 

Patient Care & Experience

  • Onboard new patients with exceptional care and professionalism
  • Conduct post-surgical and post-treatment patient follow-up calls
  • Ensure a consistently outstanding patient experience
  • Support special-needs patients and their families with compassion and empathy
  • Address patient concerns and service issues promptly and professionally

 

Administrative & Executive Support

  • Assist practice ownership with administrative projects and reporting
  • Coordinate vendor relationships and office purchasing
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting systems
  • Support special projects and operational initiatives as needed

 

Emergency Call Coverage

  • Be available to receive and coordinate after-hours emergency dental calls when necessary
  • Communicate with doctors and patients regarding urgent care situations
  • Demonstrate responsiveness and professionalism during emergency situations


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of Dental Office Management experience
  • Strong experience with dental insurance billing and claims processing
  • Experience managing staff and office operations
  • Strong understanding of dental practice financial management
  • Experience managing P&L statements, budgets, and operating expenses
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Strong computer and technology proficiency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Spanish language proficiency
  • Medical billing experience
  • Experience working with special-needs patients and families
  • Multi-provider practice management experience

Requirements

  • Valid Florida Driver's License

Compensation & Benefits

  • $55,000 Base Salary
