OverviewDental Patient Relations CoordinatorCameo Dental Specialists - West Loop location We are seeking a friendly and organized Patient Relations Coordinator to join our dedicated team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a vital role in delivering an excellent patient experience and supporting the smooth operation of our dental practice. Schedule: Full Time, M-F, no nights or weekends! ResponsibilitiesGreet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environmentSchedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendarsAnswer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communicationVerify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizationsProcess payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial recordsMaintain patient records and ensure accurate data entryCoordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as neededEnsure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulationsPlease note that additional responsibilities may be assigned QualificationsRequirements High school diploma or equivalent1+ years of dental front office experiencePreferred SkillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsReliable, organized, and detail-orientedExperience with dental practice management softwareProficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applicationsKnowledge of dental insurance and billing proceduresWe OfferCompetitive CompensationBenefits Package: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Flexible Spending Accounts, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays and much more! Specialized Dental Partners, its affiliates, related companies and independently owned supported clinical practices are proud to be Equal Opportunity Employers.
