Dental Practice Manager at Aligned Dental Partners

We are looking for an experienced dental professional to join our motivated and ambitious team in our well-established and thriving private family dental practice in beautiful Denver. We are currently seeking an experienced Dental Practice Manager who is ready to take their career to the next level by joining our dedicated team of professionals. The most important quality that we are looking for is someone that is positive and patient-focused.What you will do:Support the daily clinical and non-clinical operations of the office by enforcing office policies and protocols and overseeing the delivery of quality dental careWork Accounts Receivable to a healthy statusPresent treatment and communicate financial policy along with payment options to patientsProcess insurance claimsStreamline operational procedures and implement solutions to increase office productivity and ensure optimal efficiencyMaintain all hygiene and safety regulations as mandated by OSHAParticipate and lead meetings trainings and huddles with staffAudit schedules for errors and/or inconsistencies and follow-up with team to course correct as neededManage the blocking/unblocking of the schedule to reflect scheduling needs and to maximize productivity and efficiencyManage unscheduled treatment reports and ensure patients are followed up with timelyCreate challenges to encourage and motivate the team to ensure production goals are met dailyConduct periodic meetings to reconnect with staff and complete annual performance evaluationsAll other duties as assignedWho you are:You have previous experience across all facets of a dental office 3 years or more preferred.You have a 2- or 4-year degree in business or healthcare management or other related degree (preferred but not required)Flexibility to work between the hours of 7:00 am- 5:30 pm.You have excellent oral and written communication skills and are patient and team-focusedAbility to solve problems provide immediate solutions and make sound decisions independentlyYou possess a strong desire to maximize opportunities and exceed goalsYou exhibit a high degree of professionalism when building relationships with patients and team members.We would love to have you join our team of dedicated professionals in providing exceptional dental care to our patients.Required Experience:Manager Key Skills Practice Management,Veterinary Experience,Enterprise Architecture,Office Manager Experience,Enterprise Software,Healthcare Management,IaaS,TOGAF,Medical office experience,Conflict Management,COBIT,Customer relationship management Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 60000 - 70000
