TRADITIONAL LABOR ASSOCIATE ATTORNEYLABOR RELATIONS & EMPLOYMENT PRACTICE Location: Denver, CO Our client, an AmLaw 150 international labor and employment law firm, is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney to join its dynamic Labor Relations & Employment Practice in Denver. This role offers the opportunity to advise and advocate for employers on a wide range of traditional labor matters, including collective bargaining, contract administration, grievance arbitration, and proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board. Candidate ProfileJD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic recordActive Bar Admission in Colorado, in good standing7+ years of traditional labor law experienceCandidates with mixed employment litigation and some labor experience will also be consideredExtensive experience in traditional labor matters, including collective bargaining and contract administrationGrievance arbitration experience with the ability to handle matters independentlyExperience defending and prosecuting unfair labor practice charges before the NLRB strongly preferredStrong writing, analytical, and research skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environmentSoft Skills: Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively; strong communication and organizational skills Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent employers in collective bargaining negotiations and contract administrationHandle grievance arbitration proceedings and related labor disputesDefend and prosecute unfair labor practice charges before the NLRBProvide strategic counseling to clients on traditional labor matters and compliance issuesSupport litigation matters involving labor relations and employment disputesCollaborate with partners, associates, and clients to deliver efficient and effective legal solutions Why Join Us?This is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly-regarded labor relations practice within a leading employment law platform.
