What you need to succeed Florida Licensed Registered Nurse or eligibility as a Registered Nurse (RN) and a master’s degree in nursing with at least five (5) years of experience in nursing, including administrative, clinical, and/or teaching experience. Industry experience may include healthcare leadership, clinical practice, hospital administration, or policy development.
