Join a team that values your expertise, supports your growth, and puts patients first.Why You’ll Love This Role:As an Emergency Department RN, you’ll be at the heart of providing compassionate, high-quality nursing to patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors. You’ll work alongside a collaborative, multidisciplinary team and play a vital role in patient advocacy, education, and care coordination.What You’ll Do:Deliver expert emergency nursing care using the full nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.Support patients and families with empathy, education, and clear communication.Respond swiftly and calmly to emergent and critical situations.Triage patients efficiently and accurately.Document care thoroughly and thoughtfully.Serve as a mentor and preceptor for new team members and students.Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless, patient-centered care.What We’re Looking For:RN License: Current or compact state license (Iowa).Experience: One year of RN experience preferred.
