As a Deployment Strategist youll be at the center of this transformationon the ground with customers helping bridge the gap between our cutting-edge technology and real-world operational success.This is a hybrid role that blends strategy product thinking business operations and technical problem-solving. Youll work directly with enterprise clients translating complex needs into scalable workflows troubleshooting issues in real time and partnering with internal engineering and product teams to ensure that deployments succeednot just technically but organizationally.Youll spend time onsite during critical moments deeply embedding with users understanding nuanced challenges and guiding implementation. This is an impact-driven high-ownership role for someone who thrives in ambiguous environments and wants to help build something lasting.ResponsibilitiesSupport Enterprise DeploymentsSupport and manage the rollout of Valons platform across multiple client workstreams driving adoption usability and long-term value.Solve Client ProblemsUnderstand customer workflows craft solutions that account for real-world constraints and partner with forward-deployed engineers to build novel solutions not just idealized specs.Partner with clientsBuild relationships with customer stakeholders. Be present thoughtful and solutions-oriented during all phases of deployment. Enable overall deployment success through close partnerships with clients.Bridge Customers and ProductTranslate ground-level learnings into actionable feedback for our internal product and engineering teams.
