Basic QualificationsEducation/Training: A high school diploma or equivalent with related bank operational support experience required; additional formal education beyond high school is beneficial.Skill(s): Proficient reading writing grammar and mathematics skills; moderate keyboarding skills; moderate computer skills; proficient organizational skills; ability to learn quickly and retain knowledge; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; proficient knowledge of deposit operations policies and procedures; ability to provide mentoring guidance and training to Deposit Operations and Call Center staff; visual and auditory skills; valid drivers license.Experience: A minimum of five (5) years experience in related positions with prior supervisory experience is normally addition to the preferred experience requirements the supervisor must have the knowledge and capability to multi-task and effectively support or complete all daily deposit operations processing requirements.
