Job Title: Deputy Program Director Agency: City of Baltimore Location: Baltimore MD Duration: 24 Months Rate: Depends on experience 10 years in project/program management. PMP required Engineering construction or utility infrastructure background. Demonstrated capability in managing multi-project portfolios. Strong QA/QC and document control oversight experience. Skilled in risk management and PCO/cost analysis.
