As a Medical Skin Care Technician you will work independently with limited oversight from a Dermatologist or Plastic Surgeon providing specialized care for patients with skin conditions trauma and aging concerns.Whats Available:Full-time position 1.0 FTE (40 hours weekly)8-hour shifts between 7 AM and 5 PM Monday-FridayLocation: Onalaska WIDepartment: DermatologyWhat do you need:High School Diploma or equivalentWisconsin Aesthetician License (AESTH) or Cosmetology License (COSMETOLOG)Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (hands-on learning) from AHA or Red Cross34 years of experience providing aesthetician servicesDesired:Advanced training in aesthetic specialties24 years of experience in a medical aesthetician role within a physician practice or healthcare systemWhat you will do:Provide LOVE MEDICINE through advanced skin care treatments such as microneedling/PRP chemical peels HydraFacial dermaplaning and microdermabrasion.Educate patients on proper skin care techniques sun precautions and pre/post-treatment instructions.Perform consultations and skin analysis recommending treatment plans and home care regimens.Maintain competency through ongoing education and vendor training.Ensure safe equipment operation and compliance with OSHA and infection control standards.Document patient care accurately in EMR systems and maintain HIPAA compliance.What you will get:Starting wage $21.15/hour more for experience!Support to grow in your career with access to our Career Development Center and Tuition Investment ProgramTop-rated retirement plan and healthcare benefitsDepartmental leadership that supports you as you do your best workWork/Life balanceEmplify Health is comprised of two of the Midwests most respected healthcare systems Bellin Health and Gundersen Health System.
