Title: Medical Assistant / LPN Dermatology

Position Summary: We’re seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented dermatology professional who is committed to delivering exceptional patient care. This role is well suited for both new graduates eager to build dermatologic expertise and experienced clinicians looking to make a meaningful impact. You’ll assist with dermatologic patient assessments, medication administration, and in-office procedures, while accurately documenting care in EPIC and adhering to clinical standards and regulatory guidelines. Day to Day:

• Escort patients to exam rooms, efficiently prepare them for provider visits, and obtain/document vital signs and relevant patient history.
• Assist providers with dermatologic procedures and treatments, providing hands-on clinical support and practical nursing care in accordance with the Minnesota Nurse Practice Act, professional standards, and clinic policies.
• Accurately document all patient care and clinical activities in EPIC EMR in a timely and thorough manner.
• Support patient safety, confidentiality, and patient rights while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to support multiple areas within the clinic, demonstrating flexibility and strong teamwork.
• Deliver excellent patient care in a high-volume, fast-paced dermatology environment while maintaining attention to detail and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Medical Assisting diploma (accredited) OR CMA / RMA Certification
• OR LPN in the state of MN
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association or Red Cross

Shift: Multiple shifts availabile ranging from part time to full time! Typically Monday - Friday
