Design Producer at Eleventh Hour Games

What is your roleAs a Design Producer at Eleventh Hour Games you will play a critical role in coordinating and supporting our design teams to ensure smooth collaboration efficient pipelines and timely delivery of gameplay features. Youll serve as the bridge between designers and other disciplines ensuring that creative vision aligns with production realities while maintaining strong visibility into progress risks and dependencies.This role requires strong organizational and communication skills as well as a deep understanding of production in game development. Youll work closely with design leadership creative direction and other producers to drive project milestones and ensure that design goals are met with high quality.Responsibilities:Drive production planning and scheduling for design deliverables ensuring milestones are met on time and at qualityPartner closely with design leads to align design priorities and integrate them into broader project timelinesMaintain clear visibility of progress risks and dependencies and communicate updates to leadershipTrack feature implementation across design art and engineering ensuring smooth collaboration and integrationProvide documentation task tracking and reporting to keep design teams aligned and accountableSupport cross-discipline collaboration by identifying and resolving blockers that impact design deliverablesContribute to refining and improving design production processes to increase efficiency and consistencyMentor associate producers and support the professional development of team membersQualifications:3 years of production experience in the game industry with at least 2 years supporting design or cross-discipline teamsTrack record of successfully managing design deliverables from concept to implementationFamiliarity with ARPGs gameplay systems and live-service developmentProject management skills with experience using task-tracking and scheduling softwareAbility to manage dependencies and align multiple disciplines toward shared goalsCommunication and collaboration skills in distributed/remote team environmentsStrong organizational skills with the ability to adapt plans to shifting prioritiesWhy Eleventh Hour GamesEHG is a fast growing studio focused on a passion for top-down action RPGs.We value open communication close-knit teamwork and opportunity for ownership and growth!Our missionis to gather and empower the next generation of creators to forge extraordinary games.
