Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a Design Project Coordinator, for a 10 month contract opportunity, working a hybrid schedule, for a company in the Westend of Richmond, Virginia.Responsibilities• Manage and work between 10 to 30 tickets at one time, as well as track progress and provide updates• Work with vendors on item requests, site visits and issues• Handle furniture move requests including creating existing and proposed furniture drawings to meet codes• Gather pricing information for repairs and obtain purchasing authority for billing • Work punch lists and research design standards and approvals• Assist Move Coordinator with projects as needed.• Travel is required as needed for projects, as well as attending meetings about installationsQualifications• 2+ years of experience using AutoCAD/Revit• Understanding of ticket work order systems helpful• Background in furniture, design, project management• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Pro• Experience using Adobe Acrobat Pro to create and edit documents• Able to work in a fast paced environment.Contract Pay: $30 to $40 an yourIf interested in this contract Project Coordinator role and meet the qualification, please apply below.Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hourSearch managed by: Jennifer Green Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
