Designer Creative Services at Wynn Resorts

Wynn Resorts seeks a talented and passionate graphic designer to join the Creative Services team which is responsible for creating visual experiences across luxury this role the graphic designer will contribute to the artistic vision and execution of design assets that elevate the guest experience in Nightlife Special Events Hotel Sales and all other brand touchpoints. If you thrive in a dynamic high-end environment and possess a keen eye for detail we invite you to help redefine luxury through exceptional design.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with various departments and stakeholders to execute visual solutions across printand digital mediaDevelop and execute creative concepts into visually appealing designs for various marketing materials including but not limited to:Digital advertisements (banners social media posts website graphics)Print collateral (brochures menus flyers posters signage packaging)Marketing templates and collateralPresentations and reportsEnsure all designs adhere to the appropriate brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platformsPartner with external vendors and production teams to execute designsManage multiple projects simultaneously partner with project management team to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectivelyStay abreast of current design trends technologies and best practices to continuously improve design skills and contribute innovative ideasEnsure all designs are accurate error-free and meet the highest quality standards before deliveryOther job duties as assignedQualifications : Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer within a high-volume commercial hospitality or agency environmentA portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of design principles typography and visual communicationProficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator Photoshop and InDesignFluency in English (reading writing and speaking)Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressureMeticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality workAbility to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environmentUnderstanding of printing processes and file preparation for print productionMust be at least 21 years of agePreferred Qualifications3D design experience (Blender Cinema 4D or similar)Strong presentation design skills (PowerPoint Keynote)Illustration skills (traditional and/or digital)Additional Information : Wynn Resorts is an equal opportunity employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce and sustaining an inclusive culture.
