Job Summary:Our client is seeking a Deskside Support Analyst to join their team! This position is located in Irving, Texas.Duties:Perform service, repair, and/or installation of computer products, including system hardware, parts management, software, and PCsProvide technical support to customers on operational and maintenance aspects of system equipment and serves as the customer contactProvide VIP support of mobile devices for both onsite and offsite executive staffAssist with laptop refresh of corporate devicesDesired Skills/Experience:Associate degree in Computer Networking or 2+ years of related experiencePrior help desk experience is preferredCan work and resolve most escalated ticketsVIP/White Glove experiencePrior iPhone support experienceBenefits:Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance PlansEmployee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP)401K offeredThe approximate pay range for this position starting at $65,000 - $70,000+. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
