Your good judgment and pragmatic approach will be key in turning great ideas into actionable solutions.Architectural Vision - Build and develop the technical design of new features and systems ensuring they are scalable performant and aligned with our long-term architectural vision.Build Awesome Solutions - Take a leading role in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from initial design to deployment. Set the precedent for our teams standards through your approach to writing testing and refining code.Code Review - Participate in and lead code reviews providing constructive feedback to your peers and ensuring our codebase is high-quality secure and performant.Cultivate a problem solving mindset - Mentor developers not just on how to write code but on why we write it. Guide the team to use tools and technologies in a way that provides the most effective solutions to our customers problems.Qualifications : JOB REQUIREMENTSBachelors Degree in Computer Science5 years of programming experience with any of: MVC MVC Core  Core BlazorEntity Framework 6 Entity Framework Core Dapper5 years of experience working with a SaaS productA Collaborative Partner - You are a proactive problem solver who collaborates actively with your team during ideation and solution design.
