Job Title: Developer ( MVC Oracle PL/SQL WCF/SOA Healthcare HIPAA) Location: Albany NY (Hybrid) We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification Qualifications: Experience developing and maintaining C# and applications in Microsoft Visual Studio for multi-tier web environments. Skilled in building and supporting web applications using HTML XML JSON AJAX JavaScript jQuery Bootstrap and CSS. Hands-on experience with Oracle databases including data modeling PL/SQL programming stored procedures packages indexes triggers and table creation. Strong ability to interpret business requirements and implement the corresponding application logic to meet functional needs. Experience developing applications using MVC 5 or later frameworks. Proficient in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) integration including creating web services with WCF developing RESTful Web API services and working with message processing and enterprise service bus technologies. Experience creating reports using Crystal Reports (version 10 or later) and integrating them applications. Skilled in source control and CI/CD processes using Team Foundation Server (TFS) and GitLab. Experience developing and maintaining applications that handle healthcare data governed by HIPAA and Protected Health Information (PHI) requirements.
