Development Project Manager at BE Group

We are assisting our client in the hiring of an IT Software Development Project Manager who can balance project delivery discipline with agile leadership.Our client provides cloud-based collection software solutions forbanks credit unions and fintechs to collect and manage their portfolios.Specifically they provide the technology and data necessary to increase collections efficiency provide a digital consumer experience reduce staff costs anticipate delinquencies and provide insight into future credit decisions.Position requires that youre local to Malvern PA.The ideal candidate is equally comfortable with tracking timelines managing risks reporting to stakeholders facilitating stand-ups and supporting team growth.ResponsibilitiesFacilitate daily stand-ups feature reviews retrospectives and other agile-oriented ceremoniesCoordinate dependencies across teams and functional areasSupport release planningMonitor workloads and assist with effective task allocation among the development teamProvide delivery plan reporting on a recurring basis including feature status burndown and risksProactively identify project risks dependencies and potential blockersEscalate issues as needed and ensure timely resolutionDrive accountability within cross-functional teamsSupport continuous improvement initiativesSkills and ExperienceBachelors or Masters degree in Data Science Computer Science or a related field.3 years of experience in data engineering machine learning or related roles.3 years of experience in software project management ideally in SaaS or FinTech.Strong understanding of agile concepts (Scrum/Kanban) and traditional project management practices.Project management certification (e.g. PMP CSM etc) a plus.Familiarity with software development concepts APIs CI/CD and QA/testing processes.Proficiency in Python SQL and Azure services (Azure ML Synapse Data Factory Data Lake).Experience deploying ML models into production environments.Strong understanding of statistics data modeling and MLOps best practices.Proficiency with tools such as Jira Azure DevOps or similar.Required Experience:IC Key Skills Business Development,Project Management,Process Management,Product Management,Autocad,Project Management Software,Microsoft Project,Customer relationship management,Budgeting,Product Development,Project Implementation,Google Suite Employment Type : Contract Experience: years Vacancy: 1
