Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary will be up to $47,503 per year plus insurance and time-off benefitsEasterseals Florida is seeking a passionate, innovative, and dynamic Development Specialist to join our team of evaluators in Tampa. As a Development Specialist, you will work with a team of professionals to deliver early intervention services to families in their natural environment. The primary responsibilities are to complete clinic evaluations and conduct provider visits for children until age 5 or when their goals are met. Including the family/caregiver in all aspects of service design and delivery.Completing evaluation reports and paperworkQualifications:Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; and one to two years related experience and or trainingInfant Toddler Development Specialist (ITDS) completed coursework; certification not requiredExperience with standardized testing is a plusBilingual (Spanish/English) preferredAbility to meet program deadlinesAbility to meet our approved driver qualifications in order to drive your personal vehicle, as required to drive for program related businessAn energetic, resourceful and professional individual who will promote a positive, respectful and team-based environmentEasterseals Florida is a Drug Free Workplace (DFWP) (including medical marijuana).Easterseals Florida is an affirmative action and equal opportunity employer.
