For information about ABMs benefits visitABMEmployee Benefits Front Line Team Members (Programa de Beneficios de ABM)Basic Qualifications:No experience required and on the job training providedMust be 18 years of age or olderNo high school diploma GED or college degree requiredPreferred Qualifications: Customer service experience 1 year of similar work experienceResponsibilities: Clean and maintain buildings/facilities Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage Notify Manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients co-workers shift coordinators supervisors managers etc. Comply with all safety security compliance and quality standards and procedures established by the Company Clients and regulatory authorities Clean and dust furniture floors ceilings walls machines and equipment Move boxes crates and equipment to clean areas either manually or by using hand trucks Gather and empty trash Service cleaning and supply restrooms Perform shipping and receiving duties Document incoming and outgoing items Keep a tidy and organized work area Maintain stock of shop supplies Load and unload materials to and from designated storage areas Verify documented counts against physical counts of stock Receive and fill orders or prepare supplies for sale Install protective devices to prevent shifting or damage to items being transported Drive forklift to pick up incoming stock or deliver materials Pickup and deliver customer equipment shop supplies parts etc. Perform facility janitorial and maintenance duties (change light bulbs remove trash communicate work orders etc.) A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
