ResponsibilitiesDescriptionPeraton is seeking a senior Web Developer. This position is responsible fordesigning developing and maintaining complex web applications leading junior developers collaborating with design teams on UI/UX and resolving performance requirements are a strong background in programming languages like HTML CSS and JavaScript extensive experience mastery of frameworks version control database design and excellent communication and leadership role involves mentoring code reviews ensuring quality and security and collaborating with clients and other teams.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and mentor junior developers conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.Design develop and maintain web applications writing clean efficient and high-quality code.Work with designers on user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) elements and collaborate with other developers and teams.Identify and resolve application performance issues and debug complex code.Prioritize projects set timelines and communicate with clients or stakeholders.Ensure applications are up-to-date debug code and oversee the deployment process.*Position is contingent upon contract awardQualifications5 years with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA; 0 years with PhDMust be a US CitizenCurrent active IAT II certification (Security) with related web development Computing Environment (CE) certification(s) to comply with DoD 8570 and DoD 8140.03 requirements (preferred)Ability to obtain Public Trust ClearancePrimary work locations in Tacoma WA Aurora CO San Antonio TX and Falls Church VA. Salary is determined by various factors including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the individuals experience education knowledge skills and competencies as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
