We are looking for Business Analyst - Curam (Min 16 years of exp)REMOTE (Web Cam Interviews) POSITION DESCRIPTION DIRECT CLIENT Position Number of positions:1 Length: 12Months Location: REMOTE Immediate interviews Web Cam interviews ONLY Please Note that this position is Remote. 16 years of experience. Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements. Requirement Description The contractor shall be customer service oriented have strong team and interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task when required. Excellent oral written and presentation skills are a mandatory requirement. As a Business Analyst (Curam) you will be responsible for assessing current challenges partnering with leadership to help develop strategic plans and initiatives to address priorities identifying change opportunities and recommending supporting initiatives planning and leading workshops for gap analysis and training sessions. The Analyst will be required to analyze validate and support implementation of requirements for projects from inception to conclusion. Evaluate current processes and recommend areas for improvement optimization development and or maintenance through analyzing system performance known system issues existing documentation and supporting technology related to business processes. The incumbent will become an integral part of the Team making every problem associated to the platform a problem of their own and will demonstrate the required initiative and critical thinking abilities necessary to resolve all problems and challenges accordingly. Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements. 2. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations operation time and form of desired results. Includes analysis of business and user needs documentation of requirements and translation into proper system requirements specifications. 3. Provides consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist of most phases of systems analysis while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment. Minimum Education/Certification Requirements : Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience; or a current Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Required/Desired Skills Candidates must have ALL the Required skills in order to be considered for the position. Desired or Highly Desired skills are a PLUS but may NOT be required. Required 5 Years Possess excellent communication and writing skills. Required 5 Years Experience with Data Analysis Tools and Technologies such as IBM Knowledge Center Bus Analysis Guide; Curam Data Dictionary. Required 5 Years Possess hands on Systems/Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience. Required 16 Years Experience in producing deliverable quality documents. Required 4 Years Professional experience with MS Office applications MS Project and Visio. Required 6 Years Professional exp. With Curam software V6 or higher. Required 3 Years Required 3 Years PM experience in Change and Release management disciplines related to testing updating and integrating hardware and software technologies. Nice to have 2 Years Experience working with Microstrategy HP Exstream Tableau Curam JIRA and Salesforce. Nice to have 2 Years Proven experience with driving functional design sessions.
