We are looking for Program Manager Master (Min 16 years of exp)REMOTE (Web Cam Interviews) POSITION DESCRIPTION DIRECT CLIENT Position Number of positions:1 Length: 12Months Location: REMOTE Immediate interviews Web Cam interviews ONLY Please Note that this position is Remote. looking for a Health and Human Services Project Manager for its DCAS program. The PM shall serve within the HHS Division with a focus on Strategic Initiatives. The contractor will play a key role across the HHS Division including Strategy Project Management and Integration Management. The PM will achieve this by actively owning management of small to mid-sized projects which may include conducting analyses to solve business problems and developing strategic business cases workplans and/or recommending new operational plans for Business. Additionally the PM will support the success of the HHS Division by mentoring other team members and developing strong relationships with partners across the District. All duties are to be performed in accordance with the DCAS Program Management Administration policies practices and procedures. The PM leads planning and management of small to mid-sized organizational initiatives and activities including conducting analyses building business cases developing project and operational management plans and driving execution. Supports development of HHS teams to foster collaboration and effectively conveys and expresses ideas in writing and verbally to individuals and groups including senior leaders. Develops timelines and detailed workplans to create structure for initiative teams to plan and coordinate activities and resources. Develops recommendations based on data from multiple stakeholders and leverages data to support and inform timely effective decisions. Develop produce and deliver executive presentations program updates and set and articulate goals and timelines to executive leadership. JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibilities: 1. Organizes directs and manages contract operation support functions involving multiple complex and inter- related project tasks. 2. Manages teams of contract Support Personnel at multiple locations. 3. Maintains and manages the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization. 4. Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items. Ensures conformance with program task schedules and costs. Minimum Education/Certification Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience Required/Desired Skills Candidates must have ALL the Required skills in order to be considered for the position. Desired or Highly Desired skills are a PLUS but may NOT be required. Skill Matrix Experience with Business workflow processes Required / Desired Amount of Experience Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Required 0 Professional Scrum Master (PSM) Highly desired 0 Project Management Professional (PMP) Highly desired 0 Bachelor s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience Required 0 Experience working in the Health and human Services industry. Required 16 Years Demonstrated ability to develop mid to long-range implementation and/or enhancement plans Required 10 Years Knowledge of District of Columbia health and human services programs and policies. Required 5 Years Experience working in a professional setting including consulting project management and/or change management.
