As a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer you will perform high quality images and exams on patients while maintaining the sensitivity to patient needs while following standards of safe radiation practice. We ask that as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer you always demonstrate leadership for other associate technologists and act as a clinical resource to unit personnel and assures current standards of practice for the unit.Job RequirementsIn addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day qualified candidates will need the following: HS Diploma or GED requiredARDMS - registered required RDMS(OB/GYN) or (AB) or (BR);or ARRT registered R.T.(S)(ARRT) or R.T.(S)(BS)(ARRT) or ARDMS registered RVT(VT) with OB or ABD required within 1 year or hire or ARRT registered - R.T.(S)(VS)(ARRT)or ARDMS registered RDCS(AE) or (PE) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RCS)Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association requiredPhysical Requirements-Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally and/or up to 20lbs frequently and/or up to 10lbs constantly Key Skills Aseptic Technique,Hospital Experience,Anatomy Knowledge,Basic Life Support,Computer Skills,Physiology Knowledge,Sonography,Pediatrics Experience,Medical Imaging,Catheterization,Epic,Patient Service Experience Employment Type : Unclear Experience: years Vacancy: 1
