ABOUT THE POSITIONWere seeking a Dialer Configuration Specialist to optimize our call center performance. Youll co-manage our predictive dialer system track real-time metrics and collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost efficiency-all while ensuring compliance with legal and internal policies.What Youll DoMonitor configure and maintain dialer campaigns and call strategiesMake real-time adjustments to improve agent contact and file reach ratesAnalyze campaign performance and share actionable reportsCollaborate with operations compliance and IT teams to align dialer tactics with business goalsSupport special projects and provide assistance to leadership as neededWhat You Bring2 years administering auto-dialer campaignsExperience with dialer tools (Genesys preferred) and SQL reportingStrong analytical critical thinking and communication skillsUnderstanding of FDCPA TCPA and industry regulationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredBackground in financial services or unsecured debt collections are a plus.Experience with Microsoft Access Excel and SQL Server Management Studio are a plus.THE LOANMART DIFFERENCE:Hybrid work schedule- usually three days at home (if you prefer) and two days in-office (Tuesdays and Wednesdays with some variance for training performance and month-end).
