Die Setter / Mold Change TechnicianHourly Rate:(based on experience)Schedule: Full-Time MondayThursday 6:00 AM 4:30 PM (10-hour shifts)Some weekends may be required; overtime possible but not guaranteedOverview:We are seeking highly motivated individuals for the Die Setter role to perform mold changeovers and lead related activities. If you enjoy development and teamwork this could be the right career for you!Key Responsibilities:Set up molds efficiently safely and in a time-effective mannerIdentify deficiencies or problems with tasks and equipment and report to production shift supervisorEnsure molds are set according to industry standards so that the first shift meets quality standardsPerform timely mold changes and communicate manufacturing requirements across shiftsReceive job line-up of scheduled mold changes including molds workstations and auxiliary equipmentMaintain continuous housekeeping during mold setup and removal to ensure a clean work environmentProperly clean and store tools and equipment; report any damage or repair needsPromote safe operation during each assigned mold change and ensure safety of all coworkers involvedPhysical Requirements:Frequently stand walk climb balance stoop kneel crouch crawl and use hands for fine manipulationRegularly lift/move up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbsRequired vision abilities include close vision color vision depth perception and ability to adjust focusWhat We Offer:Hourly rate based on experienceFull-time schedule: MonThurs 10-hour shifts 6:00 AM 4:30 PMPaid time off after 90 days and holiday pay after 30 daysMedical dental and vision benefits available after 30 days401(k) plan after 60 daysFlexible spending optionsLinked LLC is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
