Job Description:

• Urgently hiring an experienced Diesel Team Supervisor / Shop Manager / Lead Technician
  
• Leadership role within a diesel repair shop environment
  
• Strong knowledge of Detroit Diesel engines (DD13, DD15, DD16) required
  
• Hands-on proficiency with Detroit Diagnostic Link (DDDL) required
  
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues
  
• Oversee and organize daily shop workflow
  
• Lead and support a team of diesel technicians
  
• Ensure efficient operations under real shop conditions

Duties:

Qualifications:

• 5+ years diesel mechanic experience
• Strong Detroit Diesel expertise (DD13 / DD15 / DD16)
• Proficient with Detroit Diagnostic Link (DDDL)
• Prior team supervisor or lead technician experience
• Advanced diagnostics, electrical, and aftertreatment knowledge
• Must have good communication skills with diesel mechanic experience
• Must be able to answer after-hours calls if needed
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Must be highly organized and able to manage daily shop priorities
• Must be able to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
