Applicants with light-duty and heavy-duty equipment repair and preventative maintenance experience are encouraged to apply. Compensation is based on your knowledge, experience, and certifications. Starting pay ranges from $20 - $30/hour. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package with company match 401k!Based in Fonda, New York, F&F Transport, Inc. was founded in 1995 to support the transportation needs of Keymark Corp. of Fonda, NY, Lakeland, FL, and Kasson & Keller of Fonda, NY.We have a dedicated fleet of brand new Kenworth Tractors and new aluminum flatbed and dry van air-ride suspension trailers and are dedicated in-house to ensure on-time delivery.General Scope of Technician Responsibilities:Tire repairs and changesBalancingBrake servicesTune-upsDiagnostic experienceEngine repairsElectrical diagnosticsSuspension diagnostics and repairRequired Tools & Minimum Knowledge:Must have all of the basic hand tools, air tools, up to 1/2" impact socketsExperience with ratchets, sockets, and screwdrivers (both metric and SAE)Familiarity with a test light and digital multimeterAdequate storage for toolsRequirements:Proficient in using all of the tools as well as light auto repair.
